Situated near the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the huts offer stunning views and a peaceful setting surrounded by sheep, with the possibility of seeing adorable lambs in the Spring. Each hut is equipped with a living area featuring a wood-burning stove, a kitchen with essential appliances, a cozy sleeping area with a double bed, and a modern shower room.

Guests can enjoy the outdoors in the garden area, enclosed by a sheep-proof fence, which includes wooden chairs, a fire pit/BBQ, and private parking for two cars. The huts are heated by wood-burning stoves and electric radiators, and amenities such as towels, linen, bathrobes, and slippers are provided for a comfortable stay. For an additional cost, guests can request a locally sourced breakfast box with eggs, bacon, and sausages. Dogs are not allowed due to the presence of surrounding sheep, but guests can dine outside at the wooden table during warmer weather.
