It is all on one level and offers a peaceful escape while still being close to the market town of Tonbridge, with its selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and supermarkets. The town also boasts one of the oldest medieval castles, a park with an indoor-outdoor swimming pool, and canoe hire on the River Medway. For more extensive shopping opportunities, Royal Tunbridge Wells is just a short drive away.

The vacation home features a sitting room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, a shower room, and two ensuite WCs. Luxuries include WiFi, a Smart TV, and a Lavazza Modo Mio coffee machine.
