Parking: There are local car parks and parking on the sea front close to the property and the owner will direct you to free street parking about 5 minutes walk from the property.
Heating: Gas central heating and working inglenook fireplace with some fuel provided plus a gas flamed fire in double bedroom.
Notes: The steep twisting wooden staircases are not suitable for the very young or the elderly so children over 6 years only preferred. There is a £150 security deposit payable on arrival - refundable on departure once the premises and contents have been checked as satisfactory.
