The Sitting Area includes two sofas, a coffee table, an electric 'woodburning' stove, and a flat screen TV/DVD/Freeview/Radio.
The well-designed kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, and ample storage space. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed with memory foam mattress topper, bedside tables, wardrobe, and shelving, while Bedroom 2 has twin beds, chest of drawers, clothes rail, chair, and mirror. The bathroom features a deep freestanding bath, separate shower, heated towel rail, washbasin, and toilet.
The Lodge also includes a wrap-around decking area with garden furniture and access to 25 acres of meadows and woodland to explore. Parking is available directly outside the property, and heating is provided by electric radiators and an electric 'woodburning' stove. A welcome pack of essentials and a picnic hamper are provided for guests. Note that the property is located in farmland with ponds, so supervision of young children is necessary. Feather duvets are provided, but synthetic ones are available for allergy sufferers.
