Bedroom/Sitting Room with real wood floor and colourful rug, super king-size bed which can be un-zipped to provide twins, two armchairs, dining table and two chairs, small wardrobe and TV/DVD 
Kitchen Area is a custom-built unit containing fridge with freezer compartment, two ring hob, combination oven/microwave and  a good range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail and w.c.

Garden: Secluded lawned garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking: Directly beside the barn.
Heating: Oil-filled radiator - exceptionally well insulated and cosy.
Notes: Vegetables and salad produce available in season. Freezer in next door barn. Laundry service available. Not suitable for children. Please contact owner before arrival if you require beds in a different arrangement than as specified above.
