There is also a dining table and chairs and the Kitchen Area is exceptionally well equipped including an electric oven and hob, stainless steel extractor hood, microwave, larder fridge, freezer plus a breakfast bar and stools. There is also a washer/dryer located in the hallway
Shower Room is fully tiled, with washbasin and w.c.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with oak laminate floor, rugs, double bed with two bedside chest of drawers and a small dressing table, chair and clothes hanging rail. The four windows flood the room with light and provide lovely views and there is subtle low voltage lighting too

Garden: Enclosed decked terrace and small lawned garden.
Parking: Directly next to the cottage.
Heating: Electric convection heaters.
