Ground Floor:
Sitting/Dining/Kitchen is very cleverly designed, maximising on space and flooded with light. The Sitting Room area is carpeted and has a top of the range sofabed, armchair, occasional tables, CD/Radio/docking for iPod player, and a flat screen TV/DVD. The Kitchen/Dining area has linoleum flooring and provides an electric oven, hob and extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is a lovely cabinet housing the crockery and cutlery and a clever dining table with four integral chairs
Bedroom  is carpeted and has zip'n link beds which can form a kingsize or twins as required. There are bedside tables, an antique chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. Additional cupboard and shelving space is available in the hallway
