Garden: Extensive grounds surround the house and a table and chairs is provided on the lawn of a semi-private area reserved for the exclusive use of guests. A patio area, shared with Ratling Farmhouse, is also available.
Parking: Approached through electronic gates there is a gravelled area adjacent to the cottage. Please note there is a height restriction for vehicles entering through the gates.
Heating: Central heating and electric 'woodburner'.
Notes: A well behaved dog is acceptable but the owners have two cats. Sorry no children or babies.
