This beautifully converted attached barn lies in the grounds of a 17th century listed house right in the heart of Kent and enjoys panoramic views across the farmland to the village of Woodchurch beyond - with it's windmill, village green and pubs.  The popular town of Tenterden is just three miles away - with the Kent & Sussex Steam Railway, many antique and designer shops, restaurants, cafes and tea rooms - a great place for a day out. Chapel Down Vineyard is in Smallhythe just a couple of minutes from Tenterden and there are a wealth of National Trust houses and gardens to visit too. Historic Rye, Hastings Old Town and the Channel Tunnel are all easily accessible - so Brook Farm Barn makes a great holiday base. Sitting Room/Dining Room/Kitchen  is open plan with a wonderful vaulted ceiling with original oak beams and solid oak floor. The Sitting Room area has a two seater sofa, occasional tables, console style wall unit with drawers, flat screen TV/DVD/Freeview and French doors to the patio and garden with lovely views. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also an oak dining table and chairs
Bedroom 1 has a superior Hypnos kingsize bed (as used at Skibo Castle), oak flooring, rugs, bedside tables, large chest of drawers with mirror and a built-in double wardrobe with oak doors and a flat screen TV
Shower Room with tiled floor with underfloor heating, high pressure shower in a cubicle (easy access), heated towel rail, washbasin, shaver mirror/point and w.c.

Notes: The entrance door and shower have low thresholds so offers easy access for those with mobility problems. The pool is available June, July and August by arrangement with the owners. There is additional B&B accommodation available in the barn next door.
