The property has recently been refurbished with luxury interiors, including acoustic windows and ceilings for a quiet night's sleep. Guests have access to premium tea & coffee making facilities, a coffee menu, cooling fans, and lockable doors. While breakfast is not provided, guests have access to the kitchen and can enjoy a selection of board games and cards in the lounge area. There are 6 off-road parking spaces available in front of the property, and a grass helipad is available for use in the village for a fee.

Tyler Hill is a beautiful rural hamlet on the outskirts of Canterbury, known as the 'garden of England'. The location offers easy access to both Canterbury and Whitstable, as well as Kent University. A bus service runs to various destinations including the university, Canterbury city centre, Whitstable, and Chestfield. The property is also near The Tyler's Kiln, an award-winning pub offering fine dining and gourmet pub food.

Guests can reach Canterbury from London in 56 minutes by high-speed train, with taxis available from Canterbury West station to Hambrook House. The dining room table accommodates 8 people, but the garden gazebo can seat 12. Crockery and cutlery are provided for 12 guests, and there are two suite living rooms that can accommodate 4-6 people each. Note that access to one bedroom and bathroom is via a spiral staircase, which may be challenging for some guests.
