Parlour Cottage is a spacious barn conversion located in Gatcombe, near Newport on the Isle of Wight, accommodating up to six people in three bedrooms. The property features a fitted country kitchen with a large dining table, a comfortable sitting room, a bathroom, and a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed private patio area with garden furniture, as well as direct access to a bridleway at the rear of the property.

The cottage is equipped with gas central heating, an electric fire, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, two TVs with FreeSat, a DVD player, a CD/radio, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Bed linen and towels are included, and a travel cot can be provided upon request. Ample off-road parking is available, and the property does not allow pets or smoking. Guests must book a minimum of four nights.
