In the event of COVID-19 restrictions preventing the rental of the Dairy Barn or guests from traveling to the location, a full refund of the rental monies paid in advance will be provided. The property is part of the Visit England "We're Good To Go" scheme and the World Travel & Tourism Council's "Safe Travels" Stamp, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. The farm is situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes like St Martin's Down, South Down, and Wroxall Down, offering miles of footpaths and bridleways for exploration on foot, bike, or horseback.

Please note that children under 12 (except babes in arms) cannot be accommodated at the Dairy Barn due to its location on a working farm.
