The house features a hot tub and is just steps away from the golden shores of Sandown Bay. The open plan living space includes a contemporary kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area, and living area with a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances, including a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is also a downstairs WC and hand basin.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - a double room, a king-size room with the option of two single beds, and a main bedroom with the option of twin beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while there is also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Outside, there is a paved terrace with seating for 6, sun loungers, and a sofa, as well as a hot tub for relaxation. Please note that there are other properties under construction nearby, which may cause some noise during the day.

The living and dining areas are furnished with solid oak furniture, and there is a door leading out to the terrace. The property is stylishly decorated with industrial locker storage cabinets in the bedrooms. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the terrace after a day at the beach or exploring the local area. Nearby attractions include Shanklin Old Village, Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Isle of Wight Zoo, and Sandown Pier. Families traveling with children may also enjoy visiting the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary and Garlic Farm.
