Located in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight in the South of England, Hill Farm Cottage is an annexe to a 400-year-old thatched property that comfortably sleeps seven people. The cottage features four bedrooms, a ground floor bathroom, a farmhouse kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room. Outside, there is a private garden, off-road parking for three cars, and access to the owners' family-owned riding stables. The property is pet-friendly, allowing two well-behaved dogs to stay.

The amenities at Hill Farm Cottage include electric convector heaters, a gas boiler for hot water, a gas fire, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player, radio, WiFi, and a selection of books, DVDs, and games. All fuel and power are included in the rent, as well as bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels). A cot, highchair, and stairgate are available upon request.
