The Debourne Lodge in Cowes, Isle of Wight, is a charming cottage that dates back to circa 1837 and was formerly a lodge house to Northwood Park. The Grade II listed property maintains many original features and is located close to Cowes town centre. The lodge sleeps 6 people in 4 bedrooms and features a fenced swimming pool that is heated in the summer months and a large open fireplace for the winter. However, due to the age of the property, it is not wheelchair accessible. The property is currently undergoing building works in the garden to rebuild the annex, but this will not disturb guests' stay.

The lodge has recently been redecorated throughout and the garden has been completely renovated in May 2022. The garden now includes a re-patioed area with a grass section, a modernized and re-tiled swimming pool, a 7 burner gas BBQ, and new seating furniture. In Spring 2023, a new modern annex will be added to accommodate an additional 4 people. The property has some height restrictions, especially in the three quirky bedrooms upstairs, one of which is laid out on two levels and would be exciting for children.

Guests have access to a driveway for 1 vehicle and plenty of parking in the surrounding area. The location of the cottage in Cowes is near theme parks and the beach, with local landmarks such as Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle nearby. Families can enjoy attractions like the Isle of Wight Steam Railway and Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary, as well as activities like game walks and birdwatching to explore the area's wildlife.
