The caravan features a larger than normal master bedroom and bathroom, with its own parking space. Guests can enjoy short walks to the beautiful Thorness Bay, visible from the caravan, and relax on the south-facing decking to soak up the sun all day. The holiday park offers facilities such as an indoor pool, the Boathouse Bar and Restaurant, and play areas for children, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The caravan, under new ownership, is situated in Thorness Bay Holiday Park in Cowes, where guests can watch the sun set on the large decking area or take a short walk to the bay. It includes one double bed, two single beds, and an additional single z-bed for the lounge area, accommodating a 5th person comfortably. A travel cot is available for infants. The caravan has been beautifully renovated, with a 3-bedroom layout converted into 2 bedrooms to provide more space in the master bedroom and bathroom, making it an ideal spot for both sightseeing on the island and relaxing by the holiday home.

Guests should note that bath/swimming towels are not included, though hand towels and bath mats are provided. Bedding, linen, and blankets are included. Entertainment passes can be obtained at the reception for an additional cost, with prices varying for adults and children. The area offers opportunities for shopping at Gunwharf Quays and WestQuay Shopping Centre, as well as exploring the natural beauty of New Forest National Park and Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
