Situated at the foot of St Catherine's Down in a quiet hamlet of barn conversions, this well-presented cottage features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a ground floor shower room, a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a cozy sitting room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a shared, enclosed front lawned garden with furniture and a barbecue, offering a peaceful retreat with stunning views.

The amenities at Kitty's Loft include oil central heating, an electric double oven and ceramic hob, a fridge, freezer, microwave, TV with FreeSat, WiFi, CD/DVD player, and a selection of books and games. Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Additionally, the cottage offers a cot, highchair, baby bath, and stairgate for families with young children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the premises. The owners have a Golden Retriever, and the property does not accept worker bookings.
