The Grade II listed holiday cottage was converted from a milking parlour in 2010 and boasts a light and attractive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass tri-fold doors that open up to the garden. The lounge is equipped with comfortable seating, a small TV and DVD player, and a hi-fi system, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, with a washer/dryer also available. The cottage features two charming bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds.

Outside, the fenced and gated garden includes a cherry tree and an apple tree, with a raised patio area perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Outdoor furniture is provided for al fresco dining, and a BBQ can be provided upon request. Two parking spaces are available just across the entrance to the courtyard, although access to the farm is via a bumpy farm lane. The sandy beaches of Sandown and Shanklin are a short drive away, making this cottage an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying a peaceful countryside retreat.
