Dove Court, where Fir is located, offers five stylish 1 and 2 bed apartments with views of Shanklin town and the downs. The location is excellent, close to the beach, town, and Downs, making it suitable for families. Nearby attractions include Shanklin Seafront, Shanklin Old Village, and the cliff path leading to Sandown. The apartment is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets. COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, but guests are encouraged to follow public health advice and wear face coverings in crowded places.
The apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as a full height fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave. The living area features a leather reclining sofa, dining suite, 40" TV, and French doors to the patio. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, 24" TV, and French doors to the patio.
