Priory Bay, also known as "Caribbean corner" for its sheltered and tropical nature, can only be accessed on foot or by boat and remains unspoiled with ancient woodlands as a backdrop.

The area is quiet, but a short walk into the village center provides access to a small community shop selling local produce, the local pub The Old Fort with views across the Solent, and colorful sailing boats moored off the yacht club in the summer months. The cabin offers basic amenities such as a fridge, kettle, microwave, shower, and toilet. Despite its modest size, the boutique camping arrangement is incredibly comfortable, with a double bed and bunk beds available for guests.
