While the typical changeover day is Saturday during the summer months, short breaks (minimum 3 nights) are accepted outside of this period, with flexibility on arrival and departure times. Located in Newport, the property is in a rural area and close to the sea, with attractions like Calbourne Water Mill and Isle of Wight Steam Railway nearby. Visitors can also enjoy activities like game walks and birdwatching in the area.
