Located in beautiful Bonchurch on the south side of the Isle of Wight, Orchard Leigh Villa offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. The open-plan communal living area includes a kitchen, dining area, and seating area with access to the garden terrace. The property features six bedrooms, including three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one twin bedroom with its own en-suite, and two single bedrooms.

A small courtyard garden at the rear of the property provides a space for outdoor dining and gatherings. Guests can enjoy a short stroll to Bonchurch Beach or venture along the sea wall to Ventnor, a seaside town with cafes, shops, and pubs. The Isle of Wight offers a range of outdoor activities, including walking, cycling, and horse-riding, with numerous footpaths and bridleways to explore.

Orchard Leigh Villa does not allow pets but can provide a travel cot and highchair upon request. The property is one of three holiday homes in the area, accommodating up to 22 guests when combined with Orchard Leigh Cottage and Orchard Leigh Grange. WiFi is available for recreational use, though the speed and service may vary. Guests are advised that neither the owner nor Dorset Hideaways will be held responsible for any difficulties or loss of use.
