The original part of the house is over 200 years old with thick stone walls, giving it a traditional charm. The master bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobes, while the second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead electric shower and a heated towel rail.
The country kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with an electric hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. It also features a farmhouse dining table seating 8 and a seated area with a TV. Upstairs, the large open plan living room offers panoramic views of the countryside and Treshnish Isles. There are two leather sofas, one of which can be converted into an extra double bed. A log burner, TV with DVD player, and free Wi-Fi are provided for guests' comfort.
Outside, there is a large landscaped garden and off-road parking for 2-3 vehicles. The cottage is fully heated with ample hot water, and logs and kindling are supplied for the log burner. For families with young children, a travel cot and high chair are available upon request. The changeover day is Sunday, with check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00. The location of the cottage offers easy access to the rural beauty of the Isle of Mull, with nearby landmarks such as Shiaba Ruins and Colonsay House, as well as natural attractions like Uisken Beach and Ardalanish Berach.
