Set on 30 acres of land, Perth Hwfa provides a sense of privacy and is accessed via a private drive. The village shop, pub, and beach are within walking distance.

The cottage features a farmhouse kitchen with a Rayburn cooker, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. The kitchen table seats six and opens out onto the garden. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The large sitting room includes a wood-burning stove, smart TV, DVD player, and Hi-Fi unit with Bluetooth. Broadband WiFi is available, and there is a separate room for working or using a laptop.

Downstairs, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, while upstairs there are three bedrooms with beautiful views. The garden surrounding the house has well-established trees, a swing, and a barbecue, but is not dog-proof. Parking is available for two or three cars, along with a log store. Well-behaved dogs are welcome downstairs only. The Malltraeth estuary sands and cob are a short walk away, offering birdwatching opportunities, while some of Anglesey's best beaches are a ten-minute drive.

Popular attractions like the sandy beach and sand dunes at Llandwyn Island and the seaside village of Rhosneigr are within a short drive. Rhosneigr offers shops, cafes, restaurants, and water sports activities. Perth Hwfa provides a comfortable and secluded retreat in a picturesque setting, perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Anglesey.
