Located in Aviemore, Highland, Scotland, Glencanisp is a detached cottage that sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. The property features two king-size double rooms that can be offered as twins, one with an en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms. There is a ground floor shower room and a first floor bathroom, along with a spacious kitchen with a dining area, sofa, and multi-fuel stove. Additionally, there is a sitting room with another multi-fuel stove, and two sunrooms, providing ample space for relaxation. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and a small rear garden with seating.

The amenities at Glencanisp include oil central heating with multi-fuel stoves, a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TVs with Sky, DVD player, CD player, iPod dock, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel, power, and fuel for the stoves are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The cottage does not allow pets or smoking, and there are no stag/hen parties or workers/contractors allowed. Shops and pubs are a short 5-minute walk away.

Aviemore, situated in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, offers a variety of activities such as fishing, walking, golf, sailing, riding, and bird watching. The area is known for its historic castles, distilleries, and as the setting for the TV series 'Monarch of the Glen'. Visitors can fish on the River Spey, ski at the Cairngorms and Lecht ski centers, and explore the lush green farmlands of the Borders and the rugged Highlands.
