The property features two king-size double rooms that can be offered as twins, one with an en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms. There is a ground floor shower room and a first floor bathroom, along with a spacious kitchen with a dining area, sofa, and multi-fuel stove. Additionally, there is a sitting room with another multi-fuel stove, and two sunrooms, providing ample space for relaxation. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and a small rear garden with seating.

The amenities at Glencanisp include oil central heating with multi-fuel stoves, a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TVs with Sky, DVD player, CD player, iPod dock, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel, power, and fuel for the stoves are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The cottage does not allow pets or smoking, and there are no stag/hen parties or workers/contractors allowed. Shops and pubs are a short 5-minute walk away.
