Accommodating up to 7 guests, we are located on the edge of the forest, at the far end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the scenic village of Carrbridge. Endless walks and off-road cycling available from the front door, whilst the Cairngorm mountains, Inverness and the Moray Coast are all within easy reach. With a cosy open fire, the house offers a warm welcome and, being situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, is the perfect base for exploring. An inviting home from home laid out on the one level with plenty space for a large family or smaller groups. Front and rear gardens, with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. Guests have sole use of the property and private garden with off road parking. The garden is fenced and is laid out in gravel and heathers (no lawn). The rear garden is fully enclosed. Weekly price discount of 10%Monthly discount of 20%. Longer stays welcome, please enquire for availability.
The house also has a large upright freezer, overhead clothes drying pulley and airing cupboard. Instructions for both washing machine and dishwasher can be found on top of each machine. En suite shower is a walk in cubicle shower, with just the lip of the door frame to negotiate. There is a garden shed for bike storage - bikes are stored at your own risk. First basket of logs for the fire is included. Thereafter logs can be purchased locally. Young children are very welcome but we do recommend parents check the property on arrival for any items they may consider not to be child-friendly. We welcome a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs for an additional fee of £10 per dog. We do ask that dogs are kept off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. We would prefer they are not left alone in the house but if this is unavoidable please keep them in the kitchen or utility room. Please make sure the garden is entirely clean for the next guests before your departure.
