The bedroom is equipped with a full-length mirror, clothes rail, spare pillows, quilted throw, and a hairdryer. The second bedroom features two single beds and all necessary bed linen. Guests can relax in the bathtub or walk-in shower, with hand-wash, towels, and bath mat provided.

The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks Ben Nevis and includes a selection of recipe books for inspiration. A walk-in cupboard stores outdoor furniture, hoover, and cleaning equipment. The living room is flooded with natural light and offers comfortable seating to admire the mountain views. The property features fully enclosed front, side, and rear gardens with a picnic bench area, large shed for storage, patio, outside tap, and hose. Security cameras are installed at the front and rear. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests, and unauthorized guests are not allowed on the property.
