The Old Chandelry is a 3-bedroom holiday home located in the small fishing village of Avoch in The Black Isle in the Scottish Highlands. The property offers stunning views over Avoch Harbour, Moray Firth, and the surrounding area. The lounge/dining area features comfortable seating, a TV with Freeview, DVD player, and a selection of games, DVDs, and books. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and offers views over the harbour.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers views over the harbour and Moray Firth. The second bedroom has a single bed and great views, while the third bedroom also has a single bed. The bathroom includes a bath with an electric shower. The house is warmed by electric night storage and convector heaters. Amenities such as a cot, high chair, and stair gate are available at no extra charge, and 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

Guests have access to the entire property and can enjoy a relaxing stay close to local amenities such as takeaways, pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops. The golden sands of Rosemarkie Beach are just a 5-minute drive away. While a car is recommended, there is a good bus service that takes guests north and south of the village. Inverness Airport is the closest airport and can be reached within a 25-minute drive. No smoking, parties, or events are allowed on the property.

Check-in time is between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, but housekeeping staff will clean the property after check-out. Bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies is also provided, including toilet rolls and complimentary coffee, sugar, and teabags. Nearby attractions include Groam House Museum, Tore Art Gallery, Fortrose Cathedral, and Chanonry Point Lighthouse.
