Situated in Strathmashie just outside the village of Laggan, the cottage is ideally located in the Central Highlands and surrounded by the Strathmashie Community Woodlands. Local activities abound, including paddle boarding, hiking, fishing, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, wild swimming, and mountain biking at Laggan Wolftrax just 2 miles away. The area is also famous for being the setting of the '90s hit BBC drama series Monarch of the Glen, with much of the filming done in the surrounding area.

Within the cottage, guests are welcomed into a tastefully decorated lounge with a wood burner and Smart TV for relaxation after a day of exploring. The dining area is perfect for family meals, and the fully equipped kitchen allows for cooking up a storm with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. Upstairs, there are two light and bright rooms - one double and one twin - along with a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
