The Hen House is a charming detached single-storey stone cottage located in Kiltarlity, Scotland, offering accommodation for up to two guests in a king-size bedroom. The property features an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, as well as a bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed front garden with a wood-fired hot tub and outdoor seating, making it an ideal choice for a romantic retreat in Scotland. However, please note that the property is not suitable for wheelchair users and is situated on a working farm.
Guests should be aware that from 18/7/22 to 10/8/22, the estate may be busier than usual due to a festival, with increased activity around the estate from 20th July to 3rd August. The festival itself runs from 27/07/2022 to 30/07/2022, and bookings made during this period will be subject to the cost of a 7-night stay, with festival tickets included. The cottage is equipped with amenities such as air-sourced heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV, and WiFi, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Off-road parking is available for one car, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
