The second floor comprises a twin bedroom that connects to a double bedroom featuring an original mill wheel, along with a cloakroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for visitors.

Outside, guests can enjoy the serene countryside views and observe the sheep grazing on the farm. The village of Huntington offers local amenities, including the traditional pub, The Swan, which is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Although the pub's hours may vary, it presents a charming spot for a pint following a country ramble.

For further exploration, Whitney-On-Wye is a short drive away, featuring a convenience store and friendly pubs along the River Wye. The nearby village of Weobley is part of Herefordshire's renowned Black & White Village Trail, showcasing picturesque 16th-century cottages, two pubs, an excellent restaurant named Jules, and a village shop. Additionally, the market town of Hay on Wye is celebrated for its bookshops and festivals, as well as the recently restored Hay Castle and scenic walks along Offa’s Dyke Path.
