Outside, there is a rear courtyard with furniture, bike storage, a gravel garden with furniture, and a designated parking space for one car, making it a cozy and convenient setting for a visit to the Welsh/English border.

The cottage offers amenities such as gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. The property is pet-friendly, allowing for two well-behaved dogs to accompany guests. However, there is no outdoor space for dogs to exercise, but there are plenty of local walks available. Please note that children over 10 or babes in arms are preferred, due to the property's layout and stairs which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
