Victoria Lodge is a luxurious sandstone gatehouse lodge located in the heart of Leominster, Herefordshire. Part of a grand estate, this lodge serves as the perfect base to explore the area, offering stunning lakeside and woodland walks for guests and their four-legged friends. The property can accommodate up to 2 guests and features a private sauna, hot tub, and a cosy log burner for those chilly nights.

The lodge is tastefully furnished with high-quality amenities, including a 49" LED Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a downstairs shower room. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, boasts a double bed, wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead power shower. Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed garden, a two-person barrel sauna, hot tub, garden furniture, and a BBQ.

Guests can access the property via a private entrance, where they will be greeted by estate staff upon arrival. Two car parking spaces are provided, and well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee. House rules include no smoking, no parties or events, and keeping noise to a minimum. The property is not suitable for children due to a spiral staircase, and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times except in the enclosed garden.

In terms of sustainability, guests have the option to offset carbon emissions from their trip for a small fee. Check-in is after 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value, with the balance payable 60 days before travel. Alternatively, guests can opt for an accidental damage waiver or Booking Protect for peace of mind during their stay.
