The kitchen includes a built-in electric oven/microwave, electric hob, slim line dishwasher, and larder fridge. There is also a small table with seating for two.
Door leading through to sunny conservatory with small dining table, comfortable seating and doors to patio/garden. (Please note there will be extensive changes to the kitchen and conservatory area ready for the 2019 season).
The cosy lounge/diner includes comfortable seating, wood burning stove, 49" smart TV with DVD and small Bluetooth speaker. The extendable dining table can seat 6 comfortably.

Bedroom 3 with ¾ sized double bed, suitable for one guest.
Family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Please mind the low ceiling whilst using the bath/shower.
