Situated on the edge of a meadow overlooking a valley, the hut is accessed down a driveway to the main horse yard and beyond. Parking is outside the garden area, with a short walk along a gravel path to the hut door. The hut offers plenty of wildlife viewing opportunities, with the chance to see the sun and moon rise from the windows. Guests can enjoy the wood-fired hot tub with hydromassager and LED lights, perfect for relaxing under the stars on clear nights.
The hut is larger than a standard hut, offering a double bed, bunk beds, and a fully functional kitchen with all necessary amenities. The luxurious bathroom includes a flushing Victorian style toilet, a shower with a large rain shower head, and a basin. The water is heated by a tank concealed under the bed, providing hot water at all times. The hut is heated throughout for colder months, with additional radiators available if needed. Outside, guests can relax in the wood-fired hot tub, enjoy the rattan furniture, fire pit, gas BBQ, and play area with a large Wendy House full of toys for children.
In addition to the amenities provided in the hut, the location in Lymington offers access to natural beauty at New Forest National Park and Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Cultural highlights include the Sammy Miller Museum and Regent Centre, with activities such as game walks and birdwatching available for nature enthusiasts. The hut does not have Wi-Fi, but 4G works fine on site with most network providers. Guests can also enjoy the TV and built-in DVD player in the hut for entertainment.
