The kitchen/diner includes an electric hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, larder fridge, dining table with seating for up to six and breakfast bar with seating for two.
Utility room with walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and washer-dryer.
Door to garage where you will find a small freezer. 
Lounge with ample seating, Smart TV and patio doors to the courtyard. There is also a door into the courtyard from the rear lobby. 
Stairs to first floor. 
Bedroom 1 with king size bed (5ft), ample storage and hanging space. 
Bedroom 2 with bed which can be made up as a super king size bed( 6ft) or twin beds (3ft), (please advise bed configuration at time of booking) ample storage and hanging space.
Bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
