Door into lounge/diner with comfortable seating, TV, DVD player, electric coal effect fire, dining table with seating for four.
Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 with double bed (4ft 6in) and storage. 
Bedroom 2 with single bed (3ftn) and additional pull out bed (3ft). When pull out bed is used, space is restricted. 
If pull out bed is used, there is unfortunately no room within the bedrooms to house a travel cot. 
Bathroom with walk-in shower, grab rails, hand basin and WC.

Please advise if pull out bed is required and if you will be bringing a travel cot for your stay.
