The apartment is decorated in a bright, nautical style and is just a 5-minute walk from the seafront.

The open-plan living area includes a corner sofa, dining table for four, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utilities. Guests can enjoy games, books, and a smart TV in the apartment, as well as gas central heating for comfort in any weather. Off-road parking is available for two cars, but the entrance is narrow. Pets are allowed with prior approval.

Guests can contact the host by phone or message for recommendations or assistance. The office hours are from 11:00-20:00, and emergency situations outside of these hours can be reported via the answerphone. The apartment is conveniently located near the historic seafront, with a variety of activities, restaurants, and bars to choose from. However, guests are reminded to be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm and 8am.

Please note that the top bunk bed is not suitable for adults, and all properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the apartment will incur a deep cleaning fee. If booking for 28 days or more, a refundable damage deposit of £500 will be required separately, and the cleaning fee will be increased to £88. Nearby attractions include the D-Day Story, Kings Theatre, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier, HMS Warrior, and HMS Victory.
