Entrance to the property is through a Boot Room, which opens into the kitchen/diner.
Kitchen/diner with fitted units, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dining table to seat four.
Door to spacious sitting room with chairs, a sofa, TV, plenty of books and a desk. There is a Z-bed which can be set up in the living room or boot room area which may be used for occasional use.
Stairs to First Floor:
Pretty bedroom with twin 2ft 6in beds that can be put together to form a king size bed ((5ft), wardrobe and chest of drawers. 
Bathroom with bath, hand shower attachment, hand basin and WC.

Please note the open fireplace shown in pictures is out of use.
