Grove Lodge is a 5-bedroom chalet-style property in the coastal town of Gosport, Hampshire, in the south of England. It sleeps up to 13 guests and features 3 high-spec bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining room with a table that converts into a table tennis or pool table. The property also has a lounge with a flat-screen TV, a conservatory, and an enclosed garden with a wooden summerhouse and a Wendy House. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, and up to 3 medium-sized dogs are welcome.

The bedrooms at Grove Lodge include superior quality king-size beds that can be separated into singles, as well as a four-foot double bed and a single bed. The property can accommodate additional sleeping arrangements if needed, and children's cots are available at no extra cost. Linens and towels are provided, with a mid-week maid service available on request. Guests are asked to bring their own child's bedding if cots are provided.

In addition to the rental cost, a refundable damages deposit of £500 is required, which is returned within 7 working days of departure.
