The property consists of two separate sections - The Barn with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and The Piggery with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Main Barn features communal spaces for all 12 guests, including a large seating area and a dining table for 12 people.

Both barns have been recently renovated and feature underfloor heating, private garden areas with hot tubs, open plan kitchen/dining areas, and log burners. The Main Barn can accommodate 8 guests, while The Piggery can accommodate 4 guests. Each barn has its own garden, hot tub, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, and lounge. The rooms can be configured with either two single beds or one king size bed, depending on guest preferences.

Guests can request travel cots and highchairs, with two available upon request. The property is situated in a quiet village in the countryside, with horses in the nearby field. Due to the rural setting, parties are not allowed, and fireworks are prohibited. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum. Both barns have hot tubs in their gardens, which guests are requested to vacate by 10pm.

In addition to the peaceful countryside setting, the vacation home is conveniently located near Southampton Cruise Terminal and Wickham Park Golf Club.
