Leading off the kitchen is a doorway to the annexe with 2 ground floor bedrooms -  bedroom 4 with zip & link bed, which can be configured as a king (5ft) or 2 singles (2ft 6) - please advise preferrred configuration at time of booking - and bedroom 5 with single bed (3ft) and pull out bed underneath. Shower room with walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.
Stairs to first floor (please note the stairs have a wide opening at the top which will not fit a standard stair gate)
Bedroom 1 includes a double bed and storage.
Bedroom 2 with twin single beds (3ft) and storage.
Bedroom 3 with single bed (3ft) and pull out bed underneath (please note when pull out bed is used space is restricted in this room).
Family bathroom with roll top bath, shower over, basin and WC.
