With 100m of private beachfront and a private path to the sandy beach, guests can enjoy swimming, sailing, kite and wind surfing. The Victorian stone house, built in the 1880s, retains its original features and character, making it a unique and family-friendly destination.
The property sits on four acres of private sand dunes, providing a peaceful and secluded setting above the beach. Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms with twin beds, a double bedroom, and a small single room known as the Captain's Cabin. Downstairs, guests can enjoy a dining room, lounge with a 50" Smart TV/Freesat, family room, kitchen, utility room, and a second shower room and WC. Outside, there is an outdoor seating area with stunning sea views, perfect for picnics.
The house is conveniently located within a five-minute walk of Rhosneigr village, offering access to shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. The property features full oil central heating, hot water on demand, double glazing, and modern amenities such as a microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electricity is included in the tariff. High-speed fiber-optic wireless internet access and a 50" Smart TV with FreeSat HD are available for entertainment.
Parking is available for at least four vehicles or boats on the property grounds. One or two well-behaved pets are welcome, but they should not be allowed upstairs in the house. Rhosneigr Beach, winner of the Green Coast seaside award, is a short distance away and has been recognized as one of the top beaches in the UK by the Marine Conservation Society. Guests can enjoy water activities like jet skiing and kayaking, as well as mountain biking and hiking in the surrounding area.
