Recently refurbished to a high standard, the property features a hot tub and is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars. Guests can enjoy the lakeside steam train and watersports on Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake), as well as nearby attractions such as Snowdonia walks, the National White Water Centre, and Zip World.

The townhouse offers three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and one single bedroom spread across three floors. The open plan living room includes a well-equipped kitchen with amenities such as an electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests can also enjoy entertainment with a Smart TV featuring Netflix and access to WiFi. Families can request a travel cot and high chair, although they will need to bring their own cot linen.

Outside, guests can relax in the enclosed, paved rear garden with a hot tub and seating area. An outbuilding provides a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as secure storage space for bikes. Plenty of off-road parking is available, and bed linen, towels, heating, and electricity are included. Up to three pets are welcome, and a welcome pack is provided upon arrival.
