Outside, there are well-maintained shrubs in the front garden, an elevated patio with furniture and a barbecue, and a large rear patio area with a shower room and WC. Ample private parking is available at the front of the property. Short breaks are available outside of Whit week and school summer holidays, and smoking is not allowed inside the property. A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with an extra charge applicable.
