Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a king and single bed, and another bedroom with a double and single bed, along with a bathroom. The newly fitted kitchen comes equipped with all modern appliances, and entertainment options include 2 TVs, a DVD player, and WiFi. Families can request a travel cot and high chair, and a stairgate is provided on the first floor.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large decking area with panoramic views of Bala Lake and the mountains, as well as a picnic table and modern seating area. The property also features a large garden with different levels, accessed from the decking. Plenty of parking space is available within the enclosed grounds, and amenities such as bed linen, towels, heating, and electricity are provided. A welcome pack is included on arrival, and a gas BBQ is available for use. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the cottage.
