The cottage has 3 king bedrooms (one can be arranged as 2.6 single beds on request) and 1 double bedroom, as well as 3 bathrooms, a living room, 2 kitchens, and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchens include appliances such as microwave ovens, single ovens, fridge freezers, dishwashers, and washing/drying machines. Entertainment amenities include TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms, as well as WiFi. For families, a travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Outside, there is an enclosed private patio with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue set available for use.

The property includes plenty of private parking, bed linen, towels, hairdryers, heating, and electricity. Basic items such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, salt-and-pepper, and tea towels are provided, along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and Welsh cakes. The owners live on-site and are available to help with any queries or provide local knowledge. Guests are asked to specify their bed arrangements when booking and are reminded that smoking and pets are not allowed. Travel and key collection instructions will be emailed upon receipt of full payment, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property.
