The ground floor also comprises two bedrooms with king size beds, one offering sea views and the other with a garden view and an en suite shower room. A family bathroom with a feature oval bath completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms - one with a king size bed and TV, and the other with twin beds. A shower room with a shower and WC serves these rooms, all of which have sloping ceilings and Velux windows. Outside, the property boasts a large enclosed garden with a patio and lawn at the rear, as well as a lawned garden at the front with panoramic bay views. Off-road parking is available for two cars, although the driveway is narrow and sloping. Additional parking is conveniently located on the road outside the property.
