The farmhouse features a ground floor zip/link super king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower, a king-size double bedroom, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also includes a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with an electric woodburner-effect stove, and a mezzanine landing area. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and courtyard and patio areas with furniture.

The property offers amenities such as oil central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor, an electric range cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, three TVs (two Smart) with Freeview, a DVD player, WiFi, a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. The farmhouse is located near shops, pubs, and a beach, making it a convenient base for exploring North Wales. However, children must be supervised on the mezzanine landing area, and there are three steps up to the front door. The property is not suitable for Stag and Hen Parties, pets, or smoking.
