The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, and entertainment options include a TV and DVD player. Families can request a cot and high chair, and towels are provided for guests. Ample parking is available, and heating, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental.

Up to two dogs are welcome at the property for an additional fee, and guests are reminded that smoking is not permitted indoors. The maximum occupancy is six adults due to the bunk beds being suitable for children only. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit, and full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
